THE
SECRET OF ROSE
That
which is in conformity with creation is valid and fine. Therefore,
it is not advisable to interfere with creation and the equilibrium
within this creation. Rose is nice when it is alive and it is rose
that makes nightingale warble. Only nightingale can penetrate
through the secret of rose. Does rose have any meaning for crow?
Why should it try to have access to the secret of rose? It has
preferred living in dump to singing on the branch of rose.
Let
us not belittle crow. There is wisdom in creation of every being.
That is why, crow is nice as a crow. When you attempt to put crow
in place of nightingale, then you harm both crow and nightingale.
There
are endless beauties even within the ugliest creatures. We should
assess every creature with respect to its nature.
Allah
has bestowed various peculiarities and beauties to every creature.
Our duty is to explore these peculiarities and merits in their
nature and act accordingly and employ if needed.
Man
is the most excellent of all creatures. He is a closed universe.
It is essential to exert effort to open this universe, and to
penetrate through the secrets and treasures within him.
Having
reached those treasures, one should not waste them. To realize
this, we need educators who are loving, knowledgeable and capable
of orientation. Those who are not affectionate, compassionate and
do not possess true knowledge, and talent to orient people in line
with their skills can not be called educators.
This
is one of the greatest problems in our time, because all members
of community are educated, trained, and moulded
by educators.
Whenever
the quality of educators has been high, there have been also an
increase in the quality of the community, and great civilizations
in which the rights and freedoms of citizens are protected. In
such periods, the states and nations which have power have not
employed this power as an instrument to oppress others, but to
establish justice and prevent oppression.
As
the most significant duty is to educate good citizens and Muslims,
we need to train good educators primarily. It is impossible to
educate good citizens in a system which lacks good educators.
Educators should be dedicated, cognizant of what they are doing
and love their professions. There is nothing that uncommitted
educators can do.
Those
who are educated do evil, and cause anarchy and terror and we are
appalled to see this fact.
If
we have become a community in which its members lose their faith
in Allah, lose sensitivity over religious duties and even some
become atheists or non-believers, that is because of the failure
of educational system and unqualified and untalented educators and
administrators.
This is quite natural in a society in which stones are tied
and dogs are set free.
Missioners
are everywhere and opening churches countrywide in this country
which is full of martyrs. Through various promises our youngsters
are being converted into Christians and nobody cares. On the other
hand, in Imam-Hatip High Schools and Divine Faculties where
wearing headscarves is taught to be a must, our daughters with
headscarves are not admitted to schools are beaten with
truncheons, taken to police stations with their hands handcuffed.
On one side, disregarding conversion into Christianity, and
Satanism, regarding immortality as a necessity of modernization,
on the other side, trying to assimilate the real owners of this
motherland who believe in Allah and try to live in accordance with
this belief… all this means that the society is preparing its
own downfall.
Certainly,
there are millions of people who are not content with this
situation. However, it is not enough to be disturbed. We need to
move and show effort to prevent this disaster.
We need to seek solutions to save our children from this
disaster. We need to emphasize education at home and should turn
homes into schools to protect our children from distorted
educational system and ideas.
A
three-month summer holiday is about to start. We should equip our
children with religious and moral knowledge and evaluate this
holiday in the best way by sending our children to summer schools
opened by various foundations.
